Important Legal Notice

There's a reason you see this disclaimer ("The services provided have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Always consult your physician before beginning any therapy program. References to therapies are for marketing purposes only and do not guarantee results. We're a rehydration spa, not an emergency room, not a hospital, not an urgent care center, not a research center, and not a doctor's office. People should come to us when they've done something or gotten something that left them dehydrated and out of vitamins and nutrients, not when they need serious medical attention for a serious condition. As a matter of fact, we've sent people to the ER more than once and won't hesitate to do it to you too.

Our treatments, though administered by licensed medical professionals, prescribed, and HIPAA compliant, are intended for folks who are dehydrated and hurting because they worked too hard, got some bad food, stayed on the field too long, forgot to drink enough water, fell asleep in the sun, are getting over a hell of a bug, are prepping for an athletic event or just finished one, or just drank too much.

If anyone tells you they can cure your cancer, diabetes, fibromyalgia, chronic gout, or anything like that, with a one hundred and fifty dollar IV treatment, they're lying. What our IVs (with the right additives) can help with is dehydration, jet lag, migraines, poor diet habits that have you vitamin deficient, hangovers, exhaustion, nausea, and other non-chronic situations, and we can do it in about an hour.

We aren't here to cure a disease, and we aren't here to be a drug recovery program.

If you're jacked up on drugs, or want to feel better because you just got over being jacked up on drugs, or if you're still drunk, you should go to an emergency room, or a rehab, but you shouldn't come here.

We may decline to treat you if you present with hypertension (high blood pressure) or heart disease, have a history of kidney or liver problems, have chronic asthma, have hepatitis, are intoxicated, are taking certain medications, have certain allergies, or we just don't feel like it's a good idea. We are all about your safety, and making sure you leave feeling better than you did when you showed up.
