Gastro Relief

The Gastro Relief Package is pretty simple. At some point you got something, whether it was a virus, a food-borne bacteria, or some gastro-intestinal problem of an unknown nature, and you've been sick.

You may not be running a fever or have other symptoms of traditional illnesses, but you're likely throwing up and possibly experiencing problems in the bathroom as well.

The Gastro Package starts with a liter of Ringer's Lactate. It's got the electrolytes you need, and the potassium in it will help with any muscle spasms.

Next we put in magnesium. You've wretched and tensed up and had so much muscular upheaval that you need something to relax your muscles and the tension in them. Mag is a natural for that.

You don't have much in the way of nutrition left in your system and probably haven't gotten any, or kept it down, in a while. That's why we put in the strongest multi-vitamin we know of (Infuvite) that has

We put folic acid (a B vitamin) in the Gastro Relief IV treatment to give you a boost to cell production and repair.

Then we bring out the big guns. We add Ondansetron (generic Zofran) to stop the vomiting and nausea, and Famotidine (Pepcid) to settle your stomach.
